This includes multiple visits from police due to noise complaints filed by the two, reports CNBC.

According to the Huffington Post, Kathy Griffin and her boyfriend started filing noise complaints against the KB Homes CEO shortly after moving into the home next to his a year ago. The publication also claims to have previous audio recording of Jeffrey Mezger shouting slurs at the two.
