The latest in the world of LEGO’s is a set of building blocks designed in honor of the ‘Women of NASA.’

LEGO'sThe collection is an initiative that will help young children learn about some of the most influential women involved in the world of space travel, including NASA pioneers Nancy Grace Roman, Margaret Hamilton, Sally Ride, Katherine Johnson and Mae Jemison.

The move makes sense as it promotes the role of women in the workplace, and it gives young girls a slate of new heroes to choose from that can hopefully inspire them and let them know that there’s nothing they can’t do.

MIT News deputy editor Maia Weinstock proposed the idea on the company’s Ideas platform last year, which quickly garnered the support of a minimum of 10,000 signatures necessary to get the project approved by LEGO.

Hamilton developed onboard software for the Apollo missions with NASA during the 60s. Johnson helped to calculate and verify launch and landing trajectories for the Mercury and Apollo programs, featured in the film Hidden Figures.

Ride was the first American woman in space, while Grace Roman helped plan and create the iconic Hubble Space Telescope, while also promoting the agency’s astronomy research program.

Jamison was also a groundbreaker, becoming the first African-American woman in space.

The LEGO’s Women of Nasa kit will be available starting Nov. 1 for $24.99.
