According to a report, Apple Stores are preparing for the launch of Apple Pay. Employees at Apple Stores will reportedly attend a training session in the next few days that will go over the service, reports Mashable.

Another report claims that Walgreens (WAG) managers have been sent a memo to expect Apple pay as soon as Oct. 18. The feature will allow users to tap their iOS devices on payment terminals and verify their identity with their fingerprint, Mashable notes.

Apple Pay will be available for use by iPhone 6 and 6 Plus users. Owners of Apple’s new iPad, which is expected to be announced on Oct 16, will be able to use the feature online. The introduction of the Apple Watch is expected to bring Apple Pay to older iPhones. There’s also reports that the feature will be connected to Siri in some way, reports BGR.
