Ann Taylor Loft Pulls Bikini Photoshop Fail

Ann Taylor Loft (ANN) is catching flak for a photoshop fail that was spotted on its website.

The photoshop fail shows an girl, whose upper and lower torso don’t connect, modelling a swimsuit. Ann Taylor has removed the image from its website and has replaced it with a more normal looking one, reports E!

Ann Taylor claims that the image only received minor retouching to remove a tattoo that the model had. It shared a supposedly unaltered image of the model with E! This image still shows the model standing in a way that her upper and lower torso don’t connect. The company claims that it was how the model was posing that made it look this way and not photoshop work.

This isn’t the first time that Ann Taylor has been caught manipulating images to make them look “better”. Jezebel has a gallery of the company’s photoshop fails after the link.

Target (TGT) has also had issues with photoshop fails. Earlier this year, the company had an image on it’s website that showed a model whose crotch had been cut out to give her a thigh gap.
