Power: It’s been discovered that Apple’s (AAPL) iPad Air 2 is more powerful that previously thought, reports MacRumors. A new image of the A8X chip in the iPad Air 2 shows off its graphics power. The image is of the chip’s die and it breaks down the chip’s power. The A8X includes eight-core graphics. This is a significant increase over the 6-score graphics that were previously thought to be in the chip. The design of the chip shows a custom setup by the tech company that has two quad-core working together to create the eight-core chip.

Pay: Apple Pay can now be used at physical Staples (SPLS) locations, AppleInsider notes. The ability to use Pay at retail locations was announced by the comapny in a press release. The feature now works at all of its 1,400 stores in the United States. Users of the payment service can also use it to complete purchases in the company’s app. The system will also allow owners of an Apple Watch to use it at their physical locations when its launches.

Secret: Apple employees have access to secret apps that can’t be obtained on retail versions of iPhones, reports BGR. A list of 12 secret apps for iPhone has been revealed these apps include AppleConnect, The Daily Download, Inferno and more. The first app allows Apple employees to log into apps via a swipe code. The second is a digital newspaper that covers the company and news related to the industry. The last app allows employees to test settings on a device.
