Spotify and Uber have joined forces to bring music to your cab rides.

The two companies announced a partnership that will give you access to your Spotify playlists during an Uber ride. In order to access your favorite tunes out of the vehicle’s speakers, you will need to link your accounts with the two companies.

Once you get on your ride, the music bar will appear at the bottom of the Uber app. You can then control what you listen to through the Uber or Spotify app.

Uber rides will also include several pre-made playlists as well as your playlists. Check out the following “Spotify Your Ride” video to learn more about the partnership:

The Uber-Spotify integration will be available starting Friday, Nov. 21. The companies are kicking off their partnership with 10 global launch events in 10 different artists in 10 cities.
