Watch: Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook recently demoed an Apple Watch for China’s minister of Cyberspace Administration, reports MacRumors. The Chinese official met up with Tim Cook to discuss security issues surrounding the Watch. The Watch showed to the official appeared to be the personal one used by the Apple CEO. Cook told the man that he was the first outsider to see the device and the two talked about what would have to happen for the smartwatch to be able to be sold in China.

Prison: Paul Devine, a former Apple Global Supply Manager, has been sentenced to one year in prison, AppleInisder notes. Devine admitted to selling details regarding the company’s upcoming products to Asian manufacturers in 2011. He was caught doing so in 2010 and he was only recently given his sentence. He will start his prison time on Feb. 19, 2015 and will be on probation for three years after that. Devine also has to pay a $4.5 million fine for his actions.

The ad is part of a team up between Stefani and MasterCard (MA) to promote the service. The ad lasts for 30 seconds and shows people winning prizes for using Pay. Included in the prizes is a chance to meet with Stefani. According to MasterCard, the ad shows that the company is all about “surprising cardholders with unbelievable prizes while also inspiring them to give, and share their own Priceless Surprises.”
