Pro: Industrial renderings give an insight into the possible dimensions of Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPad Pro, reports MacRumors. The industrial renderings were leaked online and are dated back to December 2014. These renderings show off an iPad Pro that has dimensions of 12 inches by 8.7 inches by 0.28 inches. The renderings don’t show the device as having four speakers located at the top and bottom of the device, which has been subject to previous rumors. It also shows standard locations for the device’s power and volume buttons, as well as its charging port and headphone jack.
Case: What appears to be a case for Apple’s iPad Pro has been shown off online, AppleInsider notes. The newly shown off case suggests that the device will have a 12.5-inch screen. This doesn’t fall in line with many previous rumors, which place the screen at being 12.9 inches. The case also suggests that the tablet will have a thickness similar to that of the iPad Air 2. It’s total width comes in at 8.75 inches. The case has holes in it for the rumored top and bottom speakers, volume buttons, a power button, a headphone jack and the charging cable. However, there is also a cutout in the side that has previously been rumored for SIM cards, but this new cutout doesn’t seem wide enough to fit that bill.
Tattoo: Apple has confirmed that tattoos can lead to problems for Watch owners, reports 9to5Mac. The tech company updated its support page for the device to reflect this. The page now states that owners of the device that have had permanent or temporary changes to their skin may see troubles with the heart rate monitor. It says these issues are caused by the light from the sensor being blocked by the skin change. The updated support page specifically lists tattoos as one of the skin changes that can give owners of the smartwatch trouble.
