apple-rumors-stores-displays-aapliPhone: A new rumor claims that Apple’s (AAPL) next-generation iPhone will use 7000 Series aluminum, reports MacRumors. The idea that the next iPhone could use 7000 Series aluminum isn’t a far-fetched one. The company already uses the material for its Apple Watch. AAPL describes the aluminum that it uses for the smartwatch as being “60 percent stronger than most aluminum, and one-third the density of stainless steel”.

Watch: US Apple customers can now pick up Watches at its retail locations, AppleInsider notes. Customers can place reservations to pick up a Watch starting at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. These reservations must be made online and availability of certain models will be listed. Customers that reserve a Watch must bring an ID to pick it up and will be given a special bag. The look and feel of the bags are similar for each Watch model, but the ones handed out with Sport models are slightly longer.

Displays: Apple is rumored to be preparing for a change in how it displays products, reports 9to5Mac. According to rumors, the tech company will start changing up its displays in July. It’s believed that these changes will include less third-party accessories being shown off at the company’s physical retail locations. These changes are reportedly going to be made as part of an attempt to give Stores a more “premium” feel. Other possible changes include the removal of cheaper products in favor of more expensive ones that are of a higher quality.
