Monday Apple Rumors: iPhones May Someday Run on Hydrogen Fuel Cells

The One to One program allowed customers that bought a device from the company to purchase a year of instruction on how to use it for $99. Rather than offer paid tutoring, one source claims that the the company will start offering a variety of free workshops to customers. However, AAPL is expected to continue offering One to One tutoring for customers that have already bought it.

Siri: Apple is likely looking to make Siri interact more with its Music service, AppleInsider. A job listing from the tech company shows that it’s searching for a programmer that can work with Siri and has an interest in Music. The company details the responsibilities of the person as being able to help expand Siri to work with Music via voice commands. The company is looking for a programmer with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science and five years of experience in their field.  It’s likely that any possible upgrades to Siri will have to wait until 2016 before they are implemented.

Battery: Apple may want to power future iPhones with hydrogen fuel cells, reports Digital Trends. Intelligent Energy is a tech company located in the UK that has developed a fuel cell small enough to fit inside an iPhone 6. The company said that the fuel cell provides the device with a week’s worth of charge and that they are environmentally friendly. It also said that the fuel cells won’t likely be ready for the public for another couple of years. However, it also said that this will depended on how soon its unnamed partner decides it wants to use the technology. Apple has had dealings with Intelligent Energy in the past and has filed a patent for an iPhone that’s powered by a fuel cell.
