Lugs: Apple (AAPL) Watches can now be customized with official lugs, reports MacRumors. The new lugs are certified as “Made for Apple Watch” and will work with third-party bands that meet the company’s guidelines. The lugs are being sold by Avnet and the company is expecting two weeks before shipments start arriving. The official lugs are made for companies creating Watch bands and a commercial account is required to purchase them. The lugs ship in sets of 25 or 200 and are compatible with all versions of the Apple Watch.

Hermes: Apple has launched its Hermes collection of Apple Watch devices, reports AppleInsider. The Hermes line of Watches is a luxury line that will only be sold in select stores operated by the tech company or Hermes. The smartwatches feature leather bands in 10 different styles and some are only available in 38-millimeter or 42-millimeter models. The Hermes watches start at $1,100 and they reach a maximum price of $1,500.

Jobs: Laurene Powell Jobs, the wife of the late Steve Jobs, fought to have the upcoming Steve Jobs film canceled, reports The Wall Street Journal. Jobs reportedly leads a group of people that are looking to protect Steve Jobs’ reputation, which they say will be ruined by the upcoming film. She claims that the movie puts him in a negative light and makes him appear “cruel and inhumane.” The upcoming film is based on a biography written by Walter Isaacson. Steve Jobs cooperated with Isaacson on the biography when he was still alive.
