The new patent is titled “Proximity and multi-touch sensor detection and demodulation.” It describes a method in which movement sensors would be able to sense a person’s hand above the display and read gestures made by it. This would allow users to interact with the device in a new way that doesn’t require them to touch it.

Camera: Apple is reportedly testing dual-lens camera systems, MacRumors notes. The tech company is believed to have received different sample versions of cameras that come quipped with dual lenses from Taiwan’s Largan Technology, its main camera supplier, and other companies from China and Japan. It’s been rumored that AAPL wants to include a dual-camera system in its iPhone 7.

March: Unnamed sources claim to know when Apple’s March event will take place, reports 9to5Mac. According to these sources, the tech company is planning to start its March event on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. The event is expected to last throughout the week. It’s currently believed that AAPL will launch the rumored iPhone 5se and iPad Air 3 at the event. There may also be updates for the Apple Watch, including new software and bands.
