Here are your Apple Rumors for today:

Apple Rumors, iPhone SE, AAPLiPad: A new rumor claims that the next iPad won’t be called the iPad Air 3, reports MacRumors. According to this rumor, Apple (AAPL) is planning to market the tablet as part of the iPad Pro line. This would include the device working with the tech company’s iPad Pro Pencil and Smart Keyboard. The rumor says that it will get its own variation of the Smart Keyboard that will match its size. The new tablet will likely be announced at AAPL’s March 15 event.

Patent: Samsung (SSNLF) has claimed its first major victory against Apple in their patent dispute, Reuters notes. A three-judge panel ruled that Samsung hadn’t violated AAPL’s slide-to-unlock and autocorrect features present on the iPhone. This overturns a previous ruling made by a jury in May 2014. The decision keeps Samsung from having to pay the tech company $120 million as part of the previous verdict. The three judges also cited AAPL as being liable for infringing on one of its rival’s patents.

SE: Rumor has it that Apple will be calling its new 4-inch smartphone the iPhone SE, reports 9to5Mac. This rumor claims that the company won’t be calling the device the iPhone 5se, as previously thought, in an effort to keep customers from becoming confused about the new smartphone. This makes sense considering the company’s newest devices are part of the iPhone 6s line and the iPhone 7 is expected to be released later this year.
