Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook (FB) book club has changed the ranks on Amazon (AMZN).
The first book in Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook book club’s reading list is The End of Power by Moisés Naím. Since the title was announced as the first book in the reading list, it has seen a boost in ranking on Amazon. Prior to the Facebook book club, the paperback version of book held a ranking of 44,369, reports Mashable.
The paperback version of The End of Power sits at number eight on Amazon’s best-selling books list as of Jan. 7, 2014. It also holds the top spot in the retailers “History & Theory of Politics” category.
Moisés Naím is now at the top spot for authors in the “Business & Money” category on Amazon. Naím said he was surprised that Mark Zuckerberg had chosen to read his book, but that he is happy with the decision, reports Mashable.
Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook book club had 193,275 Likes as of Tuesday afternoon.
