The Apple Spaceship Campus is being designed as a place for 15,000 employees of the company to live and work. Some of the location is being made up of recycled materials from buildings that were on the land prior to construction. The building will also use recycled water for flushing toilets and solar energy for power, reports KQED News.

The Apple Spaceship Campus is expected to open up in 2016. It will have a park for employees and already mature trees are being transported to create it. There will be a visitors center and parking lot for the campus, but it’s unknown if tours will be allowed, KQED News notes.

The Apple SpaceShip Campus will feature several unique locations in it. One of these is a gym for employees that will cost $75 million to build. There will also be a 1,000-seat theater where the company will hold media events, reports

Cult of Mac.
