Ricardo Medina Jr., the Red Ranger in Power Rangers Wild Force, has been arrested for murder.
According to a police report from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Ricardo Medina Jr. got into an argument with his roommate, Joshua Sutter, on Saturday. The argument got physical and Medina Jr. fled into his room with his girlfriend. Sutter broke his way into the room and was stabbed in the abdomen by the ex-Power Ranger, reports ABC News.
Ricardo Medina Jr. called 911 after the stabbing and Stutter was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The former Power Ranger stayed after making the call until police arrived and was interviewed. He was arrested for murder and is being held on a $1 million bail. He will appear in court on Tuesday, ABC News notes.
“He’s been my friend and client for 12 years and he’s a great guy,” Gar Lester, Ricardo Medina Jr.’s agent, told
Fox News after hearing about the incident. “He’s great to his dog, he’s great to his people. He’s really a super person.”
