The report claims that these numbers will be made up of a mix of  devices with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch displays. AAPL hasn’t commented on the recent report, which claims it will have this many phones ordered by the end of the year. The company ordered 70 million to 80 million iPhone 6 smartphones during its launch last year.

iOS: New data shows that iOS 8.4 is installed on a decent amount of Apple’s iOS devices, 9to5Mac notes. The data shows that iOS 8.4 is now installed on 40% of the tech company’s iOS devices. The newly updated mobile operating system has been out for about a week. It’s believed that users are installing the new version of iOS 8 to take advantage of Apple Music. Another factor that could be helping iOS 8.4 adoption is efforts by AAPL to reduce the size of downloads for the update.

Restarting: Several iPhone 6 owners are having trouble with their smartphones restarting, reports BGR. It’s unknown what exactly is causing iPhones to restart like they do. Apple doesn’t have an official answer to the problem and methods by users to fix the issue are complex and may not work. Some iPhone owners may experience issues with the device not booting past the company’s logo and are advised to consult Support for help if this happens. If was thought that running the iOS 9 beta could be part of the problem, but the tech company has a support page for the issue and it includes older versions of iOS.
