Transportation stocks fell broadly on Wall Street on Monday morning, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 2.7%.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average declined 2.8%, the Nasdaq plunged 4.4% and the S&P 500 was down 2.8%.
Some of the biggest losers among transportation stocks include:
- China Southern Airlines Company (ZNH): ZNH stock is down 11.8% today and down 37.0% in the last month.
- China Eastern Airlines Corp Ltd (CEA): CEA stock is down 9.2%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL): GOL stock is down 8.0% today and down 29.4% in the last month.
- Grupo Aeroportuario Del Centro (OMAB): OMAB stock is down 8.1% today.
- Guangshen Railway Company (GSH): GSH stock is down 7.6%, marking the eighth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Nordic American Tanker Shipping Ltd (NAT): NAT stock is down 7.3% today.
- Golar Lng Ltd (GLNG): GLNG stock is down 6.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Seaspan Corp (SSW): SSW stock is down 6.4% today.
- Teekay Shipping Corp (TK): TK stock is down 5.9% today.
- Hawaiian Holdings (HA): HA stock is down 5.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
