• Anglogold Ashanti Ltd (AU): AU stock is up 6.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• New Gold Inc (NGD): NGD stock is up 6.8% today.

• Barrick Gold Corp (ABX): ABX stock is up 6.2% today and up 23.4% in the last month.

• Yamana Gold (AUY): AUY stock is up 5.2% today and up 21.1% in the last month.

• Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd (AEM): AEM stock is up 4.7% today and up 30.3% in the last month.

• Goldcorp Inc (GG): GG stock is up 4.0% today.

• Compania Mina Buenaventura S.A. (BVN): BVN stock is up 3.7% today.

• Stillwater Mining Company (SWC): SWC stock is up 3.7% today.

• Freeport-Mcmoran Inc (FCX): FCX stock is up 3.6% today.

Some of the biggest losers among basic materials stocks include:

• Sinopec Shangai Petrochemical Company Ltd (SHI): SHI stock is down 5.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Vedanta Ltd (VEDL): VEDL stock is down 3.3%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Aluminum Corporation of China Ltd (ACH): ACH stock is down 2.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Valhi Inc (VHI): VHI stock is down 2.1%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Sherwin-Williams Company (SHW): SHW stock is down 1.7% today.

• Stepan Company (SCL): SCL stock is down 1.0%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Actuant Corp (ATU): ATU stock is down 1.7% today.

• Trex Company (TREX): TREX stock is down 1.2% today.

• Enpro Industries (NPO): NPO stock is down 1.4%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Packaging Corporation of America (PKG): PKG stock is down 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
