There are plenty of new movies hitting theaters as the New Year rolls in.
January 2016 will feature some of the year’s most anticipated films and possible Academy Award nominees, perhaps even winners.
Among these are Alejandro Iñárritu’s The Revenant, which stars Leonardo DiCaprio as a frontiersman in the 1820s in a quest for revenge.
Quentin Tarantino’s eighth film — The Hateful Eight — is also slated to be released next month. The star-studded cast includes Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russel and Bruce Dern.
