The Vera Bradley location will be 2,700 square feet large and it will include a full collection of the company’s iconic products, including its handbags, accessories, luggage and travel items, jewelry and other lifestyle items.
CEO Robert Wallstrom said the company is looking forward to opening its first store in NYC as it could prove to be a success among local residents, as well as tourists.
“We hope our many loyal Vera Bradley customers will love the store and will engage in all that we have to offer,” he added.
The store will be two floors tall and it will feature the company’s new logo and revamped concept. The design of the Vera Bradley location will have the company’s classic architectural prowess, as well as technological advances that will put it firmly in the cutting edge of the digital world.
There will be three digital walls that will help guide consumers through the company’s flagship store, as well as an interactive touchscreen.
A ping-pong table will be included, as well as expensive, limited edition duffel bag. The store will have a New York City flavor to it in the form of patterns and prints.
