Madison Square Garden Co (NYSE:MSG) is altering customers to a new data breach that was found last month.

Madison Square Garden Co, Data Breach, MSGAccording to Madison Square Garden Co, the data breach may have affected credit cards and debit cards used at a variety of payment locations. This includes merchandise, food and beverage stores at the following locations.

  • Madison Square Garden
  • The Theater at Madison Square Garden
  • Radio City Music Hall
  • Beacon Theatre
  • The Chicago Theatre

Madison Square Garden Co told customers that the data breach was found in the last week of October 2016. The company has already taken care of it. It is also working with security firms and law enforcement to investigate the issue.

Madison Square Garden Co has learned that the data breach affected its systems from Nov. 9, 2015 through Oct. 24, 2016. Information that hackers may have stole includes “card numbers, cardholder names, expiration dates and internal verification codes.”

Madison Square Garden Co is advising customers that shopped at the above locations during the affected time to keep an eye on their payment card accounts. It has also set up a hotline for customers with questions to call. The number for this hotline is 844-319-9619. The hotline is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time. However, it closes for major holidays.
