The autumnal equinox 2017 is a week and a half away.

The day marks the first day of fall and it is a day in which the daytime and nighttime are split almost evenly throughout the course of 24 hours (12 hours apiece). It will take place on Sept. 22, 2017.

In order to bring in the first day of fall, drink plenty of pumpkin spice lattes, get your Halloween costumes ready and prepare for the school or college grind if you’re still a student.
