Alphabet Inc’s (NASDAQ:GOOG,GOOGL) Nest has introduced a new doorbell named Nest Hello.
Net Hello is a smart doorbell that can be added to a person’s smart home setup. The doorbell includes a few features to help people keep track of who is coming their home. One of these features is a camera that can record video in HD day or night.
The Nest Hello smart doorbell also features HD Talk and Listen. This means that owners will be able to easily hear visitors that approach their door. They will also be able to communicate with visitors through a speaker on the doorbell.
Another feature of the Nest Hello smart doorbell is its sensor. This sensor will be able to sense anyone that walks up to the owner’s door. Even if that person doesn’t ring the doorbell, it can still let owners know that someone is standing outside of their door.
The Nest smart doorbell also includes some features that are present in the company’s security cameras. This includes facial recognition, which will let the device alert owners with detailed information at to who is at their door.
Another feature of the Nest Hello smart doorbell is the ability to set up quick responses. This means that owners can chose these prerecorded responses when they just need to pass some quick responses to whoever is at the door.
Customers that want to get their hands on the Nest Hello smart doorbell will have to wait a while. The devices won’t be coming out until sometime in early 2018.
