Stagecoach Festival 2018

The country music festival

will take place in Indio, Calif., running from April 27 through the 29. Next year’s lineup includes some of the genre’s biggest stars, including Garth Brooks, Keith Urban and Florida Georgia Line.

Dozens of artists will be at the event, with other big names performing such as Kacey Musgraves, Kelsea Ballerini, Kenny Rogers, Brett Young, Tanya Tucker, Ronnie Milsap, Lukas Nelson & the Promise of the Real, Cody Jinks and veteran Canadian folk-rocker Gordon Lightfoot. Promoter Goldenvoice announced the lineup today.

The arena in which it will take place is the Empire Polo Field, and the Goldenvoice director of festival talent Stacy Vee said the organization was seeking to improve the lineup from last year’s due to Stagecoach Festival’s growing popularity. About 225,000 people attended this year as there was a cap of 75,000 festival-goers per day.

“We’re expecting a heck of a lot of people,” Vee said. “We’re thinking big this year.” The three-day festival ticket is going for $329 at the moment, but these will not be available until Sept. 22.

You can read more about the event, as well as the full lineup on the Stagecoach Festival 2018 website. The first iteration of the festival took place in 2007, and the event featured a competition for the best cuisine at the event from 2008 through 2012.
