Monday Apple Rumors: iPhone 11 Will Keep the Lightning PortiPhone 11: The iPhone 11, or whatever Apple calls its flagship 2019 iPhone, will still use a Lightning port, reports BGR. This rumor claims that the tech company is going to continue to use the Lightning port for its smartphones instead of switching over to USB-C. It also claims that the iPhone 11 will ship with the same 5W charger as previous models, as well as sticking with the Lightning Earpods.

New iPad: A recent rumor claims that Apple is planning to launch new iPad tablets in the first half of 2019, MacRumors notes. According to these rumors, this launch will also include a new version of the iPad mini. This will mark the 5th generation of the iPad mini, but the rumors says not to expect any major design changes. However, it does note that the microphone may change position to match the 6th generation iPad.

AirPods 2: New rumors claims that the AirPods 2 will stay in ears easier thanks to a special coating, reports 9to5Mac. This special coating will be a frosted glass similar to what is found on the rear of the Google Pixel 3. This will give the earbuds a slightly better grip than just a smooth clear coating. The rumor also claims that the AirPods 2 will launch this Spring and will cost $199.
