AT&T (NYSE:T) customers will gain access to Hulu content later this year.
The move applies to both online customers and mobile device customers. A Hulu app for televisions may be on the cards in the near future, according to AT&T.
The company already shows some Hulu content on an embedded player to help increase the video streaming service’s subscriptions.
There is also a new AT&T mobile app in development that will include clips of popular shows, as well as links to full episodes and the option to sign up for the service.
Hulu currently costs $7.99 a month. The service recently announced a major deal to create a spinoff of The Walking Dead, as well as the rights to every Seinfeld episode.
Hulu is also considering reviving The Mindy Project on its service.
T stock is up 0.71% Wednesday.
