Apple Rumors, iTunes Backup Passwords, iOS 10, AAPLWeak iTunes Backup Passwords: A new report points out that AAPL doesn’t have as strong of iTunes backup passwords in iOS 10, reports MacRumors. According to the report, the tech company switched how it encrypted the passwords with its new mobile operating system. This has allowed security experts to expose vulnerabilities to accounts via brute force attempts. The security experts at Elcomsoft said this allows them to crack the passwords “2500 times faster.” AAPL is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

Sonos Comes to Apple Store: Sonos wireless speakers are now available through AAPL’s online store, 9to5Mac notes. The Sonos speakers start at $199 and go up to $499. The speakers are compatible with Apple Music and gives owners more control over audio in their home. Multiple speakers can be set up and configured in a single home. Customers that stop by the company’s physical retail stores will start seeing the speakers for sale sometime next month.

iPhone 7 Headphone Jack: A new video claims the headphone jack is still a component in the iPhone 7, reports BGR. The video is an obvious parody that pokes fun at Apple for removing the headphone jack from the iPhone 7. It has a person drilling a hole in the bottom of the device to uncover the hidden headphone jack. However, this is a complete joke and is not to be taken seriously. Still, this hasn’t stopped people from commenting that they’ll be trying the tip with their own smartphones.
