It’s Business Time for Computer Sciences (CSC)

Though most business service companies like Sysco (NYSE:SYY), FedEx (NYSE:FDX) and UPS (NYSE:UPS) look like they’re about to break down, there’s one technology solutions business that stands out.

Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE:CSC) is a global company headquartered in Falls Church, VA that provides IT services and business operations to government and commercial clients. The company beat analysts’ EPS estimates in the recent Q2 earnings report and has raised guidance for next quarter.

Since that earnings report, CSC has skyrocketed above its 50-day MA. My Power Options trading software has identified the following CSC option based on based on stock price movement and theoretical option values. Options selling for less than their theoretical fair value may prove to be excellent buys.

Recommendation: Buy CSC Jan 37.5 call options at $1.20 or lower, when the stock price is around $36.90. After entry, take profits if the stock price hits $39.60  or the option price reaches $2.80. Exit if the stock price closes below $35.60 or the option price falls to 70 cents.

Paying the correct price is critical. If possible pay less than the recommended value. By doing so you’ll save money and make more.
