However, there are some recipes that are easy to make without having too much time or baking experience. On top of that, these recipes produce some of the most delicious Christmas cookies you will ever find.

Easy Oreo Truffle Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed, divided
  • 1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

Prep+cooking instructions (according to Kraft):

    1. Reserve 1/4 cup cookie crumbs. Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended.
    2. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
    3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Easy Candy Bar Pretzel Bite Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • Mini candy bars
  • Pretzels (rectangle or mini)
  • Vanilla Candy Coating
  • Red Sprinkles

Prep+cooking instructions (according to The Gunny Sack):

    1. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Top with as many rectangular pretzels as you have mini candy bars. I put down 30 pretzels.
    2. Unwrap the mini candy barsand place them on the pretzels.
    3. Warm in the oven at 300 degrees for about 3 minutes.
    4. Top with more pretzels and press down gently.
    5. Allow the chocolate to harden.
    6. Dip one side of the candy bar pretzel sandwich into melted vanilla candy coating.
    7. Return to the covered baking sheet and add red sprinkles.

Easy Saltine Toffee Bark Christmas Cookies

  • 1 sleeve of salted Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 bag of Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans

Prep+cooking instructions (according to Kooky Carol):

    1. Preheat oven to 400°
    2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and align crackers in a single layer.
    3. In a medium saucepan combine sugar and butter. Bring it to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
    4. Immediately pour over crackers and spread to cover crackers completely.
    5. Bake @ 400° for 5 – 6 minutes.
    6. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
    7. Let sit for 5 minutes to let the chips melt a bit and spread over the top.
    8. Sprinkle nuts over the top and let cool completely.
    9. Break into pieces and serve.
