The restaurant allows customers to start their meals by picking either piada, salad or pasta as the base of their meal. After this, customers customize their meals by adding additional toppings. The menu is made so that customers have more say in what they order, reports Nation’s Restaurant News.

Two more Venti Tres are expected to be opened in Baltimore in 2014. The restaurant is looking to expand even further with anywhere from five to eight more locations by 2015. The fast-casual restaurant is hoping to expand to areas along the eastern coast, including the District of Columbia and Philadelphia, Nation’s Restaurant News notes.

One new Venti Tre location is expected to open up in Gaithersburg, Md., this summer.
