Consumer cyclical stocks rose broadly on Wall Street on Tuesday, with the sector seeing an overall increase of 1.0%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 0.4%, the Nasdaq increased 0.9% and the S&P 500 was up 0.4%.

Some of the biggest gainers among consumer cyclical stocks include:

• Under Armour (UA): UA stock is up 3.3% today.

• Arvinmeritor (MTOR): MTOR stock is up 2.8% today.

• Navistar International Corp (NAV): NAV stock is up 2.2% today.

• Polaris Industries Inc (PII): PII stock is up 2.1% today.

• Tenneco Automotive (TEN): TEN stock is up 2.1% today.

• Wolverine World Wide (WWW): WWW stock is up 2.0% today.

• Magna International (MGA): MGA stock is up 1.8% today.

• Leggett & Platt Inc (LEG): LEG stock is up 1.8% today.

• Genuine Parts Company (GPC): GPC stock is up 1.8% today.

• Autoliv Inc (ALV): ALV stock is up 1.7% today.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer cyclical stocks include:

• Irobot Corp (IRBT): IRBT stock is down 0.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Clarcor Inc (CLC): CLC stock is down 0.3%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Stanley Black & Decker Inc (SWK): SWK stock is down 0.3%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Gildan Activewear (GIL): GIL stock is down 0.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Shanda Games Limited (GAME): GAME stock is down 0.2% today.
