Business owners who have been looking for an opportunity to lease a Tesla Motors (TSLA) electric car will now be able to do so.

In a post on its corporate website, TSLA has announced a leasing program for business owners. TSLA says that its lease agreement is so transparent that it runs less than three pages and is “written in plain English.”

Business owners who want to lease a Model S can configure their vehicle online and quickly calculate the monthly leasing cost. TSLA leasing agreements can be compiled and signed electronically. At delivery, business owners leasing a TSLA Model S can sign for their vehicle by tapping a button on its 17-inch touchscreen.

TSLA will lease Model S cars to business owners through its Tesla Finance unit. The company already has a program called Resale Value Guarantee, which provides “the functional equivalent of a lease,” since the financed vehicles in the program can be returned for a preset value at the end of three years.

Tesla stock rose more than 1% in Tuesday morning trading. Over the past year, Tesla stock has soared more than 400%.
