More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 0.1%, the Nasdaq was unchanged and the S&P 500 pushed 0.1% higher.
Some of the biggest gainers among capital goods stocks include:
- Moog Inc (MOG.A): MOG.A stock is up 2.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Lindsay Corp (LNN): LNN stock is up 2.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Dycom Industries (DY): DY stock is up 1.8%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Kennametal Inc (KMT): KMT stock is up 1.8%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Forest City Ent Cl A (FCE.A): FCE.A stock is up 1.8% today on 2 times normal volume.
- Flowserve Corp (FLS): FLS stock is up 1.7%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc (WAIR): WAIR stock is up 1.7% today.
- Masco Corp (MAS): MAS stock is up 1.6% today.
- James Hardie Industries Se (JHX): JHX stock is up 1.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- KBR Inc (KBR): KBR stock is up 1.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
