More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed 0.5% higher, the Nasdaq climbed 0.6% and the S&P 500 was up 0.5%.

- Boston Beer Company (SAM): SAM stock is up 1.7% today.
- Tyson Foods (TSN): TSN stock is up 1.0% today.
- Lancaster Colony Corp (LANC): LANC stock is up 0.9% today.
- Post Holdings Inc. (POST): POST stock is up 0.9% today.
- Starbucks Corp (SBUX): SBUX stock is up 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Tupperware Corp (TUP): TUP stock is up 0.8% today.
- J & J Snack Foods (JJSF): JJSF stock is up 0.7% today.
- Estee Lauder Companies (EL): EL stock is up 0.6% today.
- Treehouse Foods (THS): THS stock is up 0.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Constellation Brands Inc (STZ): STZ stock is up 0.6% to a new 52-week high of $88.55.
Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:
- The Whitewave Foods Company (WWAV): WWAV stock is down 1.2% today.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM): ADM stock is down 0.9% today.
- Altria Group (MO): MO stock is down 0.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Campbell Soup Company (CPB): CPB stock is down 0.7%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- J.M. Smucker Company (SJM): SJM stock is down 0.5% today.
- Hormel Foods Corp (HRL): HRL stock is down 0.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Conagra Foods (CAG): CAG stock is down 0.3% today.
- Bunge Limited (BG): BG stock is down 0.2%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Embotell Andina Sa A (AKO.A): AKO.A stock is down 0.2% today.
- Clorox Company (CLX): CLX stock is down 0.2% today.
