The sex party pictures at the center of the lawsuit comes from an earlier lawsuit that Max Mosely filed against the News of the World tabloid, which no longer runs, in in 2008. The images were from an article that the tabloid claimed showed Mosley at a Nazi-themed sex party, He won the case and received £60,000 in damages, reports The Telegraph.

Now Max Mosley claims that Google hasn’t worked hard enough to remove these pictures from the internet. The search giant claims it has already removed hundreds of links to the pictures and that it will fight the lawsuit. It also claims that Mosley’s lawsuit is seeking to censor the internet, The Telegraph notes.

Max Mosley has won similar cases against Google in French and German courts. However, the search company claims that it will appeal these decisions because they could require internet providers to act as police over every small matter on the web, reports The Guardian.
