- Teck Resources Ltd (TCK): TCK stock is up 2.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Sun Hydraulics Corp (SNHY): SNHY stock is up 2.5% today.
- Polyone Corp (POL): POL stock is up 2.1% to a new 52-week high of $43.02.
- Encore Wire Corp (WIRE): WIRE stock is up 2.7% today.
- Mueller Water Products (MWA): MWA stock is up 1.9% today.
- Methanex Corp (MEOH): MEOH stock is up 2.0% today.
- Ferro Corp (FOE): FOE stock is up 1.8% today.
- Compania Mina Buenaventura S.A. (BVN): BVN stock is up 1.8%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.
Some of the biggest losers among basic materials stocks include:
- Syngenta Ag (SYT): SYT stock is down 0.9%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Grupo Simec S.A. De C.V. (SIM): SIM stock is down 0.9% today.
- Weyerhaeuser Company (WY): WY stock is down 0.9% today.
- E.I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company (DD): DD stock is down 0.7% today.
- Airgas Inc (ARG): ARG stock is down 0.5% today.
- FMC Corp (FMC): FMC stock is down 0.5% today.
- Alcoa Inc (AA): AA stock is down 0.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Royal Gold (RGLD): RGLD stock is down 0.3% today.
