More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 0.3%, the Nasdaq climbed 0.5% and the S&P 500 was up 0.3%.

• Actavis Inc (ACT): ACT stock is up 2.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Allergan Inc (AGN): AGN stock is up 2.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Gilead Sciences (GILD): GILD stock is up 2.0%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Ironwood Pharmaceuticals (IRWD): IRWD stock is up 1.8% today.

• Salix Pharmaceuticals (SLXP): SLXP stock is up 1.5% today.

• Mylan Inc (MYL): MYL stock is up 1.5% today.

• Tornier N.V. (TRNX): TRNX stock is up 1.3% today.

• Celgene Corp (CELG): CELG stock is up 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• China Biologic Products (CBPO): CBPO stock is up 1.3% today.

• Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (VRX): VRX stock is up 1.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Mannkind Corp (MNKD): MNKD stock is down 1.7% today and down 21.0% in the last month.

• Smith & Nephew Snats (SNN): SNN stock is down 1.3% today.

• Perrigo Company (PRGO): PRGO stock is down 1.2% today.

• Davita Healthcare Partners Inc (DVA): DVA stock is down 0.9% today.

• Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (ALNY): ALNY stock is down 0.6% today.

• Lannett Co Inc (LCI): LCI stock is down 0.7% today.
