Google Nexus 6 Rumors: Nexus X to Launch Around Halloween?

The Google (GOOG) Nexus 6, a rumored smartphone being made by Motorola, may launch on or near Halloween as the Nexus X.

google-google-nexus-6-nexus-x-goog-stockThe newest rumors surrounding the Google Nexus 6, now being called the Nexus X, come from a possible Best Buy (BBY) listing of the device. According to the leaked Best Buy listing, the Nexus X will be available on Sprint (S) networks for $500 with a two-year contract, reports NDTV.

The Best Buy listing for the Nexus X claims that the device has a 5.9-inch Quad-HD display that has a resolution of 1440×2560, a 2.7GHz quad-core processor and the Android L operating system. Another rumor that claims that the rumored smartphone will be getting a secret release on or around Halloween, NDTV notes.

Google Nexus devices are expected to get an Andoird L update sometime in October. This falls in line with the rumored Nexus X release and previous releases of Nexus devices.
