Utilities stocks declined broadly on Wall Street so far on Wednesday, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 0.1%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was unchanged, the Nasdaq stayed the same and the S&P 500 stayed consistent.

Some of the biggest gainers among utilities stocks include:

• Cia De Saneamento Basico Do Estado (SBS): SBS stock is up 1.7%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Comp En De Mn Cemig Ads (CIG): CIG stock is up 1.6% today.

• Cpfl Energia S.A. (CPL): CPL stock is up 1.1%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Centrais Elc Braz Pfb B Elbras (EBR): EBR stock is up 1.3%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (PCG): PCG stock is up 0.5% today.

• El Paso Pipeline Partners LP (EPB): EPB stock is up 0.2% today.

• National Grid Transco Plc (NGG): NGG stock is up 0.2% today.

• Kinder Morgan Energy Partners L.P. (KMP): KMP stock is up 0.2% today and up 20.1% in the last month.

• Covanta Holding Corp (CVA): CVA stock is up 0.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• Korea Electric Power Corp (KEP): KEP stock is down 3.0% today.

• Hawaiian Electric Industries (HE): HE stock is down 1.6% today.

• California Water Service Group Holding (CWT): CWT stock is down 1.1% today.

• PNM Resources Inc (PNM): PNM stock is down 0.8% today.

• Mge Energy Inc (MGEE): MGEE stock is down 0.9% today.

• Black Hills Corp (BKH): BKH stock is down 0.8% today.

• Ormat Technologies (ORA): ORA stock is down 1.3% today.

• Transcananda Pipelines (TRP): TRP stock is down 0.8% today.

• Otter Tail Corp (OTTR): OTTR stock is down 0.8% today.

• El Paso Electric Company (EE): EE stock is down 0.7% today.
