More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was steady, the Nasdaq increased 0.1% and the S&P 500 stayed consistent.

Some of the biggest gainers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Embotell Andna Sa B (AKO.B): AKO.B stock is up 1.1% today.

• Coca Cola Femsa S.A.B. De C.V. (KOF): KOF stock is up 0.8% today.

• Pilgrim’s Pride Corp (PPC): PPC stock is up 0.8% today.

• Industrias Bachoco S.A. De C.V. (IBA): IBA stock is up 0.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. (CCU): CCU stock is up 0.7%, marking the seventh consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Gruma S.A. De C.V. (GMK): GMK stock is up 0.6% today.

• Fomento Economico Mexicano S.A.B. De C.V. (FMX): FMX stock is up 0.5% today.

• Flowers Foods (FLO): FLO stock is up 0.5% today.

• Ingredion Inc (INGR): INGR stock is up 0.4% today.

• Post Holdings Inc. (POST): POST stock is up 0.4% today.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Boston Beer Company (SAM): SAM stock is down 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Diageo Plc (DEO): DEO stock is down 0.8% today.

• Seaboard Corp (SEB): SEB stock is down 0.7% today.

• Estee Lauder Companies (EL): EL stock is down 0.6% today.

• Procter & Gamble Company (PG): PG stock is down 0.6% today.

• Adecoagro S.A. (AGRO): AGRO stock is down 0.5% today.

• Molson Coors Brewing Company (TAP): TAP stock is down 0.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• British American Tobacco Industries (BTI): BTI stock is down 0.5% today.

• Constellation Brands Inc (STZ): STZ stock is down 0.5% today.

• Hain Celestial Group (HAIN): HAIN stock is down 0.5%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
