More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.6%, the Nasdaq declined 0.3% and the S&P 500 was down 0.6%.

- General Dynamics Corp (GD): GD stock is up 0.3%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Pentair Ltd (PNR): PNR stock is up 0.3% today.
- KB Home (KBH): KBH stock is up 0.1% today.
- Martin Marietta Materials (MLM): MLM stock is up 0.1% today.
Some of the biggest losers among capital goods stocks include:
- U.S. Silica Holdings Inc (SLCA): SLCA stock is down 2.5% today.
- Louisiana-Pacific Corp (LPX): LPX stock is down 2.4% today.
- Toro Company (TTC): TTC stock is down 2.2% today.
- Beacon Roofing Supply (BECN): BECN stock is down 1.7% today.
- Primoris Services Corp (PRIM): PRIM stock is down 1.8% today.
- Esterline Technologies Corp (ESL): ESL stock is down 1.8% today.
- Heico Corp (HEI): HEI stock is down 1.8% today.
- Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. (CBI): CBI stock is down 1.6% today.
- Flir Systems (FLIR): FLIR stock is down 1.5% today.
- Aecom Technology Corp (ACM): ACM stock is down 1.4% today.
