Utilities stocks remained flat on Tuesday morning on Wall Street.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.7%, the Nasdaq declined 0.7% and the S&P 500 fell 0.7%.

- Korea Electric Power Corp (KEP): KEP stock is up 2.4% today.
- Cpfl Energia S.A. (CPL): CPL stock is up 2.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Companhia Paranaense De Energia (ELP): ELP stock is up 2.3%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Centrais Elc Braz Pfb B Elbras (EBR): EBR stock is up 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Cia De Saneamento Basico Do Estado (SBS): SBS stock is up 1.8%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Energy Transfer Equity LP (ETE): ETE stock is up 1.4% today.
- Energy Transfer Partners (ETP): ETP stock is up 1.6% today.
- Empresa Nacional De Electricidad S.A. (EOC): EOC stock is up 0.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Huaneng Power Intl (HNP): HNP stock is up 0.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

- Atlas Energy Llc (ATLS): ATLS stock is down 1.6% today.
- Dynegy Inc (DYN): DYN stock is down 1.9% today.
- Boardwalk Pipeline Partners L.P. (BWP): BWP stock is down 1.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Oneok Inc (OKE): OKE stock is down 1.0% today.
- Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (PCG): PCG stock is down 1.0% today.
- Cheniere Energy (LNG): LNG stock is down 0.9% today.
- California Water Service Group Holding (CWT): CWT stock is down 0.3% today.
- Williams Partners L.P. (WPZ): WPZ stock is down 0.6% today.
- Itc Holdings (ITC): ITC stock is down 0.4% today.
