- Precision Castparts Corp (PCP): PCP stock is up 2.0% today.
- Alcoa Inc (AA): AA stock is up 1.6% today.
- Bemis Company (BMS): BMS stock is up 1.3% today.
- Aptargroup (ATR): ATR stock is up 1.3% today.
- Ball Corp (BLL): BLL stock is up 1.3% today.
- Schweitzer-Mauduit International (SWM): SWM stock is up 1.2% today.
- Methanex Corp (MEOH): MEOH stock is up 1.2% today.
- Weyerhaeuser Company (WY): WY stock is up 1.1% today.
- RPM International Inc (RPM): RPM stock is up 1.1% today.
Some of the biggest losers among basic materials stocks include:
- Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc (POT): POT stock is down 3.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Eldorado Gold Corp (EGO): EGO stock is down 2.4% today.
- Steel Dynamics (STLD): STLD stock is down 2.2% today.
- Agrium Inc (AGU): AGU stock is down 2.1%, marking the eighth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Royal Gold (RGLD): RGLD stock is down 2.0% today.
- Valhi Inc (VHI): VHI stock is down 1.8% today and down 20.0% in the last month.
- Cameco Corp (CCJ): CCJ stock is down 1.8% today.
- Actuant Corp (ATU): ATU stock is down 1.6% today.
- United States Steel Corp (X): X stock is down 1.5% today.
