More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.4%, the Nasdaq declined 0.1% and the S&P 500 was down 0.4%.

- Williams Partners L.P. (WPZ): WPZ stock is up 0.3% today.
- Itc Holdings (ITC): ITC stock is up 0.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Cms Energy Corp (CMS): CMS stock is up 0.7%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- American Electric Power Company (AEP): AEP stock is up 0.6% today.
- Edison International (EIX): EIX stock is up 0.5% today.
- Otter Tail Corp (OTTR): OTTR stock is up 0.4% today.
- Entergy Corp (ETR): ETR stock is up 0.2%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Pinnacle West Capital Corp (PNW): PNW stock is up 0.3%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Idacorp Inc (IDA): IDA stock is up 0.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:
- Centrais Elc Braz Pfb B Elbras (EBR): EBR stock is down 13.9% today and down 29.4% in the last month.
- Comp En De Mn Cemig Ads (CIG): CIG stock is down 10.7% today.
- Cpfl Energia S.A. (CPL): CPL stock is down 10.1% today and down 20.1% in the last month.
- Cia De Saneamento Basico Do Estado (SBS): SBS stock is down 6.8% today.
- Companhia Paranaense De Energia (ELP): ELP stock is down 6.4% today.
- Energy Transfer Equity LP (ETE): ETE stock is down 2.6%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
- Cheniere Energy (LNG): LNG stock is down 2.1% today.
- Cheniere Energy Partners LP (CQP): CQP stock is down 2.2% today.
- Atlas Energy Llc (ATLS): ATLS stock is down 2.1% today.
- Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (CMLP): CMLP stock is down 1.7% today.
