Whole Foods (WFM) Airs First Nationwide TV Commercials

Whole Foods (WFM) is releasing a series of ads including two nationwide TV commercials.

whole foodsThe “Values Matter” campaign is designed to demonstrate what makes the supermarket different from other grocers amid controversy regarding high prices at Whole Foods.

The chain released 23 ads on its YouTube channel, informing consumers what Whole Foods is all about. “We define health beyond the self, to also encompass the greater good,” reads the description of the company’s YouTube channel.

Two of the ads are 31-second commercials that will be broadcasted on national television. One of them focuses on the grocer’s produce, while the other features beef sold at Whole Foods.

WFM stock is up 2.2% Tuesday afternoon.
