- Royal Gold (RGLD): RGLD stock is up 4.5% today.
- Randgold Resources Limited (GOLD): GOLD stock is up 2.7% today.
- Gold Fields Ltd (GFI): GFI stock is up 2.2% today.
- Compania Mina Buenaventura S.A. (BVN): BVN stock is up 2.1% today.
- Eastman Chemical Company (EMN): EMN stock is up 2.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Neenah Paper (NP): NP stock is up 1.4% today.
- Sasol Ltd (SSL): SSL stock is up 1.3% today.
- Mrc Global Inc (MRC): MRC stock is up 0.9% today.
- DOW Chemical Company (DOW): DOW stock is up 0.5%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
Some of the biggest losers among basic materials stocks include:
- AK Steel Holding Corp (AKS): AKS stock is down 3.2% today.
- Allegheny Technologies Inc (ATI): ATI stock is down 3.1% today.
- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (CLF): CLF stock is down 2.9% today.
- United States Steel Corp (X): X stock is down 2.6% today.
- Vale S.A. (VALE): VALE stock is down 2.3% today.
- Commercial Metals Company (CMC): CMC stock is down 2.6% today.
- National Steel Corp (SID): SID stock is down 1.8% today.
- Mueller Water Products (MWA): MWA stock is down 2.0% today.
- Pohang Iron & Steel Co. (PKX): PKX stock is down 1.9% today.
- Nucor Corp (NUE): NUE stock is down 1.8% today.
