What Stores Are Open on ThanksgivingThere are several major retailers such as Walmart (WMT) and Kohl’s (KSS) that will open their doors at 6 pm on Thanksgiving Day. However, there are plenty that are not.

About two dozen US retailers are refusing to open on Thanksgiving Day, encouraging families to celebrate the holiday properly. Here are some of the stores refusing to open their doors before November 1, according to Forbes.

  • Barnes & Noble (BKS)
  • Bed, Bath and Beyond (BBBY)
  • Costco (COST)
  • GameStop (GME)
  • Home Depot (HD)
  • Lowe’s (LOW)
  • Marshalls
  • Nordstrom (JWN)
  • RadioShack (RSH)
  • Sam’s Club

BKS stock is down 0.28%, BBBY stock is up 0.10% and COST stock is up 1.70% Tuesday afternoon. GME stock is up 0.05%, HD stock is down 0.14%, LOW stock is down 0.33%, RSH stock is up 0.01% and JWN stock is down 0.70%.
