More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 1.7%, the Nasdaq increased 1.7% and the S&P 500 pushed 1.7% higher.

• Teekay Shipping Corp (TK): TK stock is up 4.3% today.

• Greenbrier Companies (GBX): GBX stock is up 4.6% today.

• Golar Lng Limited (GLNG): GLNG stock is up 5.0% today.

• Golar Lng Partners LP (GMLP): GMLP stock is up 3.1% today.

• Latam Airlines Group Sa (LFL): LFL stock is up 3.4% today.

• American Railcar Industries (ARII): ARII stock is up 1.9% today.

• Grupo Aeroportuario Del Centro (OMAB): OMAB stock is up 2.5% today.

• Express-1 Expedited Solutions (XPO): XPO stock is up 3.1% today.

• Ship Finance International (SFL): SFL stock is up 2.6% today.

Some of the biggest losers among transportation stocks include:

• Kirby Corp (KEX): KEX stock is down 7.1% today.

• China Eastern Airlines Corp Ltd (CEA): CEA stock is down 1.2% today.

• China Southern Airlines Company (ZNH): ZNH stock is down 0.3% today.
