Microsoft (MSFT) announced the December free Xbox games for Xbox Live Gold members.
The company is offering two free Xbox One games this month along with a free Xbox 360 game. These titles are available in the form of digital downloads for those with an Xbox Live Gold account.
The first game on the list is Worms Battleground, released for Xbox One over the summer. The strategy game consists of a hero who uses the worms of a museum to stop an evil lord from taking over the museum.
Volgarr the Viking is the other Xbox One title on the list. The game was a Kickstarter project funded two years ago that calls itself “hardcore 16-bit style action from the golden era of arcade games, reimagined for today!”
The sole Xbox 360 game on the December selection of Xbox Live Gold games is The Raven. This crime adventure is a thrilling game set in Paris in 1960.
MSFT stock is down 0.33% Tuesday afternoon.
